Features and benefits:

Main Deck :

Aft deck is teak with built in semicircular aft seating arrangement.

Exterior, teak table with six chairs. Head and shower to starboard. Lower swim platform with shower. Entrance to engine room on portside.

Teak bi-folding doors open to main salon. Interior wood is Mahogany.  A semi-circular sofa with seating for nine plus two chairs around a coffee table is located on the starboard side.

To port is a two person beige sofa, chair and a glass / marble coffee table facing a library bookcase and stairs accessing the lower accommodation.

Cocktail bar with a corian counter top. The bar is outfitted with ice maker, dishwasher & sterilizer, large bar cooler, sink with hot and cold water and filtered water faucets.

The day head is on port side next to upper stairway, facing galley entrance and fitted with Travertine marble.

Forward of the bar is an electric Baby Grand piano.

The dining forward to starboard with seating for twelve in an elegant setting and access to galley service from the forward, port side.

Lower Deck:

Stairs lead to the guest accommodation, through the vestibule with a compass rose embossed in a blue and gold carpet.

Forward to port is a twin cabin (green room) with en suite, plus full size bath tub and bidet. Floor is marble, all faucets are 18k gold plated.

Forward to starboard is a queen bed plus double settee, which could accommodate two children.  Same en-suite & head arrangement.

Aft to starboard is the master stateroom with an adjourning stateroom having twin beds plus a mahogany / leather topped desk. This suite can be separated into two separate staterooms. Master head has both bath tub and shower.

Upper Deck:

Forward is the wheelhouse with chart table to port. Forward facing leather upholstered bench seating for 3 people. Wing doors on port and starboard with external wing controls. Aft is the sky lounge with pop-up 42” flat screen television on port aft. Cream leather sofa arrangements for 9 people. A glass and gold coffee table compliments this area.

Large bi-folding teak doors open to an expansive aft deck with the davit on eye-pads for 15’ RIB tender. When tender is removed, it is replaced with an expanding teak table with six chairs for outdoor dining.

Fly bridge:

Access is on the aft port side upper deck. Built-in seating forward, for eight persons (four  each side). Aft of this area is a seating arrangement for ten persons.

Galley:

Galley is situated forward of dining room on main deck with white corian counters. Washing up area to port with double stainless sink

Bathroom fittings 18 karat gold plated, Vanity tops and floors are Italian marble

 

Comments:

During construction special attention was paid to sound insulation, thus all walls in guest areas were lined with 2 mm thick lead under mahogany wall panelling. Sound levels have been reduced to 50 decibels.

This vessel has all the characteristics of a little ship, with exceptional sea keeping ability and incredible interior volume for her size.

She has been meticulously maintained, all recorded and documented by the Owner.

It was built in their own ship yard and has only had one owner, the Captain and his family.
